What an absolutely awesome place to eat. From the minute we entered the restaurant we were made to feel welcome. I will start with an apology to say sorry I didn't get anybody's name! Upon entering the restaurant I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant, clean, modern and comfortable. The music playing wasn't too loud and added to the atmosphere.
Whilst waiting for our food we were served with a plate of prawn chips, which the kid appreciated and gobbled up very quickly.
The two young waitresses who looked after us were nothing short of amazing. Looked after us during the entire time we dined.
The food, WOW, very impressive. We ordered Honey Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Pork in Plum Sauce, Mongolian Lamb and some spring rolls. Some simple dishes, hard to get wrong but the flavours were amazing. It's hard to find a good Chinese restaurant that looks and feels amazing, let alone getting food that was so delicious.
If you are in Penrith and looking for a Chinese restaurant (or takeaway) please give New Fortune a chance, you will not be disappointed.
